Producing Your Own Jewelry Collection - From Idea to Finished Piece

You have an idea for your own jewelry line, want to extend your merch with a real piece of jewelry, or add a collection to your brand? That is exactly what we produce - from a single piece to a small series, in-house in Bavaria. Here is how it works.

1. Idea and briefing

It starts with your vision: a sketch, a reference image, a rough idea. Depending on how concrete it already is, we clarify material, dimensions, quantity and budget together. You do not need a finished technical drawing - that is what we are here for.

2. Design and CAD

We turn your idea into a 3D model on the computer. We fine-tune shape and details together with you until you are happy with the design - before anything is produced.

3. Printing, casting and first sample

Once the design is approved, we print the model in high resolution as wax and cast a first sample from it in your chosen material - Argentium silver, gold or platinum. You hold your piece in your hand, check the look and the feel, and either approve it or request changes.

4. Series, finishing and packaging

Once the sample fits, it goes into production. For series we use silicone molds and wax injection so that every piece comes out identical. After casting, the finishing step follows, and on request we handle packaging and shipping - ready for resale.
